Exchanges and refunds

We offer a 14 day returns policy. Please email info@lovefollowconquer.com for information regarding returns and exchanges. Once we receive your email we'll check if you're eligible for a return or refund, if you are we'll email you further details. All garments must be returned unworn and in the same condition that you received them. For example if returns smell of deodorant or have pet hair on them a refund won’t be given and the customer would be responsible for shipping original order back. Returns must be in their original cotton bag packaging with swing tags attached. If apparel isn't returned in our cotton bags £2 will be deducted from any refund. In addition caps must also be returned in the box it was received as failure to do this could mean the cap might get damaged returning it a may then not be eligible for refund. We can exchange or refund items for you, we don't offer free shipping. Any 3 for 2 promotions where customers have received a free garment if only two garments are returned only one garment will be refunded, if only one garment is return this will be viewed as the free garment and no refund will be offered.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Any shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If your order received free shipping and your new order balance after return falls below free shipping threshold shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@lovefollowconquer.com.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and for receiving your new exchanged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.
